products and the friendly and courteous customer service that you
receive or you may return or exchange your purchase. This
Satisfaction Guarantee is just another benefit of shopping with Olen
Jewelry. You are entitled to credit back
for the value you paid, less any shipping or other fees, within in 14
calendar days from the date of purchase. After 14 calendar days
and up to 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, you may receive
merchandise-only credit to Olen Jewelry. Exchanges for greater or
equal value will be honored at any point within 30 days from the date of
purchase.

our satisfaction guarantee, we also assure you that we will work with
you to find the best fit possible for any item that is available in
multiple sizes. For items that are the same price regardless of
size (e.g. rings), you may exchange your ring for another one of equal
or greater price without paying additional shipping charges. We
will ship you your new ring for free. Also, if you choose to go
with a more expensive ring or if you exchange your ring for a different,
more expensive item, we will take $1.00 off of the additional amount due
to help cover the First Class Mail shipping costs you pay to send the
piece back to us. Please
note that any item including rings, chains, etc., that are returned or
exchanged for any reason must be returned to Olen Jewelry intact and in
saleable, non-worn condition in order for these policies to take effect.
Free Shipping on Exchanges
If within the 30 days from the date of sale you
decide to exchange an item for one of equal or greater value (and all
other conditions are met), you will not be charged any additional
shipping charges to fulfill your exchange order. What's more, if
you choose to exchange an item for one of greater value, we will
automatically deduct $1.00 from the net amount due to help cover First
Class Mail shipping costs you pay to send the piece back to us. |
