"processing" fees.
Shopping Cart
To add an item to your shopping
cart, simply click the "Add to Cart" button beneath the item description, and
the item will be automatically added to your online shopping cart. To
view, modify, or complete your shopping, click the "View Cart" button located at
the top and bottom of every page. Note: By completing your order with
Olen Jewelry, you expressly agree to all of this terms and conditions of this
company.
Phone/Email Orders
Still not feel comfortable with using
our secure shopping cart to place your order? That's OK with us. You
can also place an order via telephone or email! For telephone orders,
please call 1-877-OLEN JWL anytime. We will ask for the
item numbers, your name, address, email address, and telephone number. You may pay
for your telephone order with a personal check (with proper state-issued
identification), money order, cashier's check, or any other traceable form of
payment. Sorry, Olen Jewelry does not accept cash or cash-on-delivery
(COD). For email orders, simply email
sales@olenjewelry.com with the order
numbers of the items you wish to purchase, your full name, mailing address,
billing address (if different from your mailing address), telephone number, and
choice of payment options: all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, personal check, money order, cashier's check, or any other traceable
form of payment.
Payment
Olen Jewelry processes all
credit card transactions through its own secure terminal. All credit card
information collected at checkout will be processed over a highly-secure,
128-bit, SSL-encrypted connection. We have several layers of security to
protect your confidential and private information as well as to thwart
unauthorized usage of credit cards. We accept Visa, Matercard, American
Express, and Discover. All debit cards with a credit card logo will be
processed through the appropriate credit card company. Any charge or
credit card return will appear on your statement as "Olen Jewelry - Auburn,
MA" or
something very similar. If you have any questions at all regarding
payments, charges, or inconsistencies in processing, please contact us
immediately. We are available 24/7 to assist you.

Shipping
We will always accommodate your shipping
needs and special requests. The $2.50 shipping charge applied at check-out
covers order processing (credit cards), packaging materials, and basic shipping
fees. We will not bill you for any more than the $2.50 shipping charge for
any order traveling within the contiguous United States, regardless of size or
price so long as it is shipped via the USPS.
Need your order tomorrow? We can do that.
Please put in the "Message" field after click "View Cart" that you need your
order shipped via Express Mail. There are two basic options for shipping:
First-Class Mail ($2.50 within the USA regardless of size or price of order) or
Express Mail, which starts at $17.50. Estimated transit time for
First-Class Mail is 2 to 5 days and for Express Mail it is 1 to 2 days.
Unfortunately, Olen Jewelry cannot be responsible for damaged or destroyed items
due to improper mail processing. Insurance and is available
on any order (additional charges apply). Again,

to add insurance your order. If you need your package shipped to a
different location, you may request this via email after payment has been
received. Please email us or call us
at 1-877-OLEN JWL if you have any concerns about the shipping process.
International shipments are usually sent through USPS Air
Mail. Transit times are based on the proximity of your country to the
United States. We will contact you via email or telephone if the $2.50
shipping fee cannot cover costs of international shipment. Olen Jewelry is
not responsible for the payment of customs and other import fees, but we are
fully cooperative with customs processes. Please

Olen Jewelry offers a thirty (30) calendar-day
exchange policy. Within the first fourteen (14) calendar days after the
date of the shipment, you may request a refund of the purchase price less the
$2.50 shipping fee. You must send an email with all related information
including item numbers and prices as well as the reason for the return to
returns@olenjewelry.com to let us
know that you are returning a purchase. The customer is responsible for
all shipping fees associated with sending all jewelry back to Olen Jewelry.
Olen Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mutilated packages.
We recommend that you fully insure your package and apply some sort of delivery
confirmation. Shipping fees incurred at the point of sale of the initial
purchase will not be refunded, and all exchanges will be subject to an
additional $2.50 for shipping. Even exchanges will not include shipping
charges. All monetary returns will be processed in the same manner as the
original form of payment. After the first fourteen
(14) calendar days starting with the date of the shipment, the customer is only
entitled to an exchange or store credit. Absolutely no money will be
returned to the customer past the initial two-week return period. Olen Jewelry cannot
make return and exchange decisions past thirty (30) calendar days from the
original order date as it appears on your receipt. Any items that are
returned in a damaged condition will be charged a 25% restocking fee. This
fee covers part of the loss Olen Jewelry suffers due to having a non-sellable
item returned. No products are shipped out in defective condition, so
there never will be a defective product from Olen Jewelry. For repair
information, visit your local jeweler specializing in sterling silver.
International returns or returns from any part of the United States or its
territories outside of the contiguous 48 states may require additional fees due
to logistical barriers. Please email
returns@olenjewelry.com for international return information. Please
note that the final authority on all returns and exchanges rests with Olen
Jewelry and its management. We reserve the right to change any and all of
our policies at any time without notice.
Agreement
By submitting your order via OlenJewelry.com,
you expressly agree to all of the terms, conditions, and policies of Olen
Jewelry. You also agree that Olen Jewelry and its affiliates will not be
liable for any damage, whether physical, monetary, or otherwise, due to any part
of the ordering process. You agree that Olen
Jewelry is exempt of all liability resulting from misuse of financial
information or any other negative effect suffered due to an irregularity in processing. If you have absolutely any questions, contact us

Privacy
Here at Olen Jewelry, we promise that any and all
of your information remains strictly confidential and will never be given, sold,
or otherwise distributed to any outside party.* If we notice any
irregularity in your order or its processing, we will contact you immediately.
We require that you input your telephone number into the checkout processing
information so that we may verify any suspicious transactions. All
unauthorized attempts to use the Olen Jewelry name or to otherwise abuse the
strict confidentiality between Olen Jewelry and its clients is expressly
forbidden. Olen Jewelry takes identity theft, irregular
order processing, and any other interruption of normal business practices very
seriously. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any and all crime, and all
incidents, regardless of magnitude, will be reported to the proper authorities
in the individual's home state or country.
The information you enter at every
step of the ordering process is protected by the highest-strength security and
encryption technology. No financial information will ever be sent over
a non-secure connection. Please be sure that all payment page web addresses
begin with "https://" and that there is a lock icon in the bottom of your
browser. If you notice any irregularities, do not submit your order, and

Your internet protocol (IP) address is recorded when you

enforcement, and any other relevant, legitimate body to verify identity and
report any suspicious or criminal activity. You will be notified if your

Security
Information and data security is a
very high priority for Olen Jewelry. Explained here are just some of the
ways we are continuously working to keep you and your information safe on the
internet. We use 128-bit, SSL-encryption whenever confidential information
is exchanged over our servers. We process all of our credit card orders so
that we can verify the cardholder data with the information on file with the
issuing bank. Olen Jewelry uses a service called the Address Verification
System (AVS). AVS matched the Zip code and street number provided by the
customer during checkout to the information on file with the credit card
company. If we do not have an exact match on both parts of the AVS, Olen
Jewelry goes beyond our obligation by contacting the credit card company and/or
the issuing bank to verify the information our client has provided us about the
card. If the information matches, the order is processed as normal.
You will not experience any interruption in service as long as all information
provided is valid and matches the information on file with the credit card
company and issuing bank. Olen Jewelry also analyzes the credit card
number for specific information that is kept confidential amongst merchants.
We require you to enter your customer identification number (CVC or CVV2) at
checkout so that our credit card terminal may verify a match between the card.
Our shopping cart system records our clients IP addresses so that if there is a
discrepancy, we may trace the IP address to verify that the order was placed on
a computer within a reasonable distance from the cardholder's actual address.
This also alerts us if an order was placed in a foreign country, which may
indicate invalid use of the credit card account.
If Olen Jewelry finds a discrepancy
with any of the information a client has provided, we will immediately contact
that person to recollect information and check it with the credit card company
or issuing bank. If we are unable to contact a client after a reasonable
amount of time, we will have the credit card account frozen for our client's
security. This simply means that no further transactions may occur with
that particular credit card number. We also contact the credit card
company's fraud department so that they may contact the cardholder on file.
The bottom line is that Olen Jewelry takes internet security seriously.
You can be assured that Olen Jewelry will protect your personal and confidential
information at every step of the way.

thwart identity theft, Olen Jewelry has successfully detected a discrepancy or
invalid use of a credit card account every time that it has occurred.
